About the Band Leader Jason Neville. He is the son of 5x Grammy Recording Artist “Aaron Neville”, he’s from a family that has established a legacy of music in New Orleans and has performed with many Grammy Winning Artist. He formed his band in 2015 and it was ”The Jason Neville Band”, he added his wife ( who is also a top notch Artist) and they became “Jason Neville Funky Soul Band” the only Livemix Band in New Orleans!
Lirette Neville-Short Bio
Lirette Neville aka 1st Lady of Funk is the band manager and Front Vocalist. She is the daughter of Jazz Legend “Sullivan Dabney”. She started with Jazz and Hip Hop as a teen and is now a vocalist, rapper and percussionist for the “Jason Neville FSB”
Ben Parker-Short Bio
Ben started playing with the band at the tender age of 18 and he’s been plucking those strings like one of the best. Ben started off in college. He has graduated with a music Degree and can be found assisting the Budz on guitar when Jason Neville FSB is off. He can play and sings background with a joyful attitude that makes you want to party just a little bit harder!

When you see a Bass player like Lawrence Ussin, you understand the concept of the name. He is definitely ”The Funky One” he has a style that compliments some of the best bassists you’ve ever seen. He’s smooth, laid back and definitely Funky!
